If you would like to purchase from Aspidites.co.uk we work a first come first served system. I will be happy to place you on our list in order of receipt of interest. Once the eggs have hatched I will contact each person in order with an option to send me a minimum of £150 deposit to secure an individual neonate.

I will start the neonates feeding on defrost pinkie mice, once they have had 6 meals, 2 sheds and I am happy with their feeding response I will email each individual person to arrange a collection date.

Payment must be received in full before any animal is shipped or couriered. Failure to collect the animal within 28 days of notification will forfeit your deposit.

If for any reason I can not forfil your order or supply you with another specimen which you are entirely happy with I will refund your deposit immediately.

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your snakes, you must contact me within 24 hours of taking delivery and I will either replace them, or refund your money if stock is unavailable. Otherwise, I will assume that you are happy with your snakes and therefore I have no further responsibility for them.

I provide the best care for my babies with no expense spared, so if for any reason a conflict occurs I will do my up most best to help and advise my clients to the best of my knowledge as long as it is handled privately and in a respectable manner. Any public attacks will be dealt with accordingly.

I cannot warranty any animal against heat stress, prolapse, respiratory infections, sudden death, or any other health issues once you have received the animal and it has been in your care for 24 hours. Please keep in mind that when you receive your animal, it will have been thriving under my care. Aspidites.co.uk prides itself in helping previous and present customers with any problems that arises throughout the animals life.

Aspidites.co.uk reserve the right to refuse refund where we feel bad husbandry or poor handling has been used.
